Rental Process: 

1. Download:

• Venue Information Package (17 pages & Use Policy)

• Reference/Technical Plot of Theater (1 page)

1. Complete:

• Theater Use Application (1 page, includes rate information)

• Submit to: Kali Quinn, Theatre Events Coordinator

3.   Upon approval, submit: 

• Deposit & First Invoice Form
• Signed Town’s Rep Agreement (Sent by Theater Events Coordinator)
  
• Certificate of Event Liability Insurance
• Event Description for website & Brattleborotix (if interested)
  
• Arrange for technical instruction/support                        

4. Schedule & Receive Safety Training                        

6.   Conduct event 

7.   Receive Final Invoice from Town & Submit Payment
